The company S. PARC FOTOVOLTAIC TURCENI S.A. Published on 21.01.2025 theparticipation notice for the procurement procedure entitled “Design, procurement, execution, commissioning, operation and maintenance for three years, and handover of the photovoltaic power plant on the slag and ash dumps of the energy branches and on the dumps of the mining branch, including the connection facilities to the national energy system – 4 lots” .

The four projects are co-financed by the Modernisation Fund.
Design, procurement, execution, commissioning, operation and maintenance for three years and handover of photovoltaic power plants on slag and ash dumps of the energy branches and on the dumps of the mining branch, including the connection facilities to the national energy system:
Lot 1 – Design, procurement, execution, commissioning, operation and maintenance for 3 years and handover of the SE Turceni photovoltaic power plant with a minimum installed capacity of 111.68 MWp, including the 400/33 kV substation
Lot 2 – Design, procurement, execution, commissioning, operation and maintenance for 3 years and handover of the photovoltaic power plant SE Rovinari with a minimum installed capacity of 83.35 MWp, including the 220/33 kV substation
Lot 3 – Design, procurement, execution, commissioning, operation and maintenance for 3 years and handover of the Bohorelu photovoltaic power plant with a minimum installed capacity of 19.21 MWp
Lot 4 – Design, procurement, execution, commissioning, operation and maintenance for 3 years and handover of the Pinoasa photovoltaic power plant with a minimum installed capacity of 65.78 MWp

1. Financial component:
- Price for the design, execution, and commissioning of the grid-connected photovoltaic system per /MWp (EURO/MWp) – maximum score of 25 points
- The price for operating the grid-connected photovoltaic system for a period of 36 months (Price expressed in EUR, VAT excluded) – maximum score of 5 points
2. Technical component:
Average annual energy output at the grid connection point for 3 years, expressed in MWh – maximum score of 70 points.
The estimated total value of the procedure is EUR 243,437,979, as follows:
Lot 1 – Turceni – EUR 94,045.715, VAT excluded;
Lot 2 – Rovinari – EUR 79,558,691, VAT excluded;
Lot 3 – Bohorelu – EUR 14,557,621, VAT excluded;
Lot 4 – Pinoasa – 55.275.952 EUR excl VAT
V. TOTAL CONTRACT TERM – 54 months (18 months for execution and 36 months for operation and maintenance)
